Chemineer® Clean Sweep mixer utilizes a swinging motion instead of the customary rotating motion. It provides a hermitically sealed environment with no rotating shaft seal. Mixer features a FDA/USP Class VI elastomeric seal and is ideal for low-shear, high purity mixing applications and easily accommodates mixing at low-liquid levels. Mixer’s impeller with specially shaped blades is optimized to provide global mixing throughout the vessel, easily reaching the bottom of the tank. Additional features include ease of maintenance, no product contamination and a sweeping motion that eliminates process swirl and the need for angle mounting.
