Ultra high-purity pressure gauges are equipped with VCR® face seal fittings and IGC™ II surface mount end connections. Gauges are factory calibrated and helium leak tested. They meet ASME B40.1 standards for accuracy in ultrahigh-purity (UHP) applications ranging from bulk gas distribution to process tool. Pressure gauges are constructed with 316L VAR end connections and are available in 1-1/2" and 2" sizes. They are capable of sensing vacuum and positive pressure or positive pressures only.
