Bella mixer, cooler and dryer offers a fast method of high efficiency drying and/or cooling by mixing air and material. Materials like precipitated calcium carbonate can be taken from a moisture content of 35% to less than 0.1% with a thermal efficiency of 90%. The super-fast mixing and constant agitation of air and material in the weightless zone of the mixer creates high thermal efficiencies. All of the material is dried to precisely the same moisture content due to the efficient mixing action in the dryer.
