High Viscosity Disperser

The High Viscosity Disperser is designed to mix and blend high viscosity non-flowing materials, typically too viscous for a conventional high speed disperser. Applications such as pigmented pastes, inks, epoxies, polyesters and colorants are ideal for this design. These models are available with a conventional “Bow Tie” as well as a “Four Blade 45-degree Turbine.” Several sizes are available starting with a laboratory model to production sizes handling volumes up to 500 hundred gallons.
