Dispense Valves

The 2200-Series mid-size dispense valves feature a needle for fluid-flow control and a bearing-fastening design for the needle bearing. The needle has an improved coating for longer needle-shaft and seal life, and eliminates a part for simpler assembly. The bearing-fastener design allows easy bearing replacement and maintains alignment with the needle shaft for improved seal life. The pneumatically actuated valves are designed to dispense adhesives, sealants and lubricants such as epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, PVC sealers and mastics.
